Principal Consultant/Head of Practice

ESV. Ekhator Ambrose, fondly called “Ambi” obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (2007).

He is an associate member of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

He did his mandatory industrial attachment with the firm of Dan Odiete & Co (2005) after graduation in (2007) he joined the firm of Dan Odiete & Co. before proceeding with his  National Youth Service Corps in 2008 at Ifewara Grammar School in Atakumosa West Local Government Area of Osun State.

In 2009, after completing the NYSC program he joind the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co as head of letting department at the Ikeja office on Allen Avenue, Lagos State. In 2010 he joined Ubosi Eleh & Co, where was saddled with the responsibility to run the Onitsha branch offce as beanch manager , while there, her rose to become the head of the firm’s operation in the South East region by helping to establish new branch office in Enugu State; a new branch he oversees briefly.

He voluntary resigned from Ubosi Eleh & Co to set up AMBI EKHATOR AND COMPANY a firm of Estate Surveying, Valuation and Auctioneering.

He has put in almost nineteen (19) years working experience in real estate consultancy sector.

ESV. Ani Maxwell Obiora; ANIVS, RSV. (Managing Partner)

Mr. Ani has been with Ambi Ekhator & Co since 2019, managing our Abuja office. He has built his knowledge within private industry experience with several real estate firms amongst which include Okaro & Associates; for over Six (6) years before leaving to join Afam Nri Consulting as a Manager where he worked for two (2) years before Joining our Firm. His experience includes marketing of all aspect of real estate products and services.

His expert experiences in property Sales, Leases and development operations speaks volume as to his professional handling of real estate products and service for clients on behalf of the firm. He is vast in areas such as management of high profile commercial properties/facilities, valuation of oil and gas facilities and installations, valuation and sales of Public and private assets/proprietary rights. He is a graduate of Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

He has a total of over fourteen (14) proven years in the Real Estate Consultancy Sector.

Uka Obiora Kingsley; BSc. Est. Mgt. (Estate Surveyor)

Uka started with Ambi Ekhator & Co in 2017 as a graduate estate surveyor. A product of Nnamdi Azikiwe, Awka and holds a Bachelors of Science Degrees in Estate Management. He had his internship with Nwokoma Nwankwo & Co, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in Portharcourt, Rivers State.

After completing his one year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) he joined our team of Estate Surveyors in Awka. He is currently a graduate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

His vast experience has landed him the opportunity to represent the firm interest in Port Harcourt where he currently runs our operations effectively. He has over Nine years proven experience in the real estate consultancy sector with the firm.

Eze Ujunwa Jennifer; BSc. Est. Mgt. (Estate Surveyor)

Mrs. Uju hails from Igugu in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State. She started her professional career with Ambi Ekhator & Co in 2017 as a graduate Estate Surveyor. A graduate of Enugu University of Science and Technology, Enugu and holds a Bachelors of Science Degrees in Estate Management. She had her internship with Alpha Odumodu & Co, Enugu, Enugu State. After completing her one year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with Ministry of Lands Survey, Planning and Urban Development, Awka she joined our team of Estate Surveyors in Awka. A graduate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Her vast experience has landed him the opportunity to represent the firm interest in Abuja where she currently runs our operations effectively. She has put in over Nine years proven hands on the job experience in the real estate consultancy sector with the firm.

Nebo Chikezie Collins; HND. Est. Mgt. (Estate Surveyor)

Chikezie started with Ambi Ekhator & Co in 2022 as a graduate estate surveyor. A product of Institute of Management Technology (IMT); and holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from the institution in 2019. He had his internship withAmbi Ekhator and Company. After completing his one year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with Greeneer Pasture Secondary School, Okija, in Ihiala  Local Government, Anambra  State. He joined our team of Estate Surveyors in Awka. He is currently a probationer member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Anambra State Branch

Emmanuel Ekhator Architect | Visual Storyteller | AI Visualization Expert

Emmanuel Ekhator is a visionary architect based in Abuja, Nigeria, with a strong passion for transforming bold concepts into immersive architectural experiences. He brings a unique blend of artistic creativity, technical expertise, and storytelling to every project—seamlessly integrating traditional design principles with emerging AI visualization tools and digital animation techniques.

With hands-on experience in both studio and field roles, Emmanuel has successfully contributed to diverse projects, ranging from residential and commercial spaces to educational and conceptual designs. As a Studio Architect at Archi Deck Abuja, he led project teams, supervised CAD technicians, and ensured that design outputs met both client expectations and building standards.

His multidisciplinary skill set—spanning architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), graphic tools (Photoshop, Premier Pro), and modern techniques like AI-powered visualization and animation—positions him as a forward-thinking designer in the evolving architectural space.

She is the Finance/Administrative head of the firm, with over 7 years experience in the industry.
